The Brix HM Digital BTR-1000 (Coffee) RCM-1000BT automatic moisture-proof digital refractometer is designed to measure the % Brix concentration of coffee in beverages. The Brix digital refractometer can be used to analyze the quality of coffee, as well as in the preparation of coffee blends (mixtures) and achieving the desired extraction of coffee of different varieties.
