Make cocktail caviar — without buying lab equipment.
A spherification kit with a multi-hole dropper and syringe for turning juices, syrups and tinctures into little bursting pearls. It's the affordable way into molecular garnish, using standard agar-oil or sodium-alginate methods.
Why bartenders choose it
-
Consistent pearls, fast. The multi-hole dropper releases even drops in one pass instead of one bead at a time.
-
Two techniques. Works with the cold agar-in-oil method and with sodium alginate / calcium bath spherification.
-
No specialist rig. Everything you need to start is in the box — dropper and syringe.
-
High-impact garnish. Caviar pearls read as fine-dining detail on a drink or plate.
Get consistent spheres
The usual reason pearls fail is acidity: sodium alginate only sets in a pH of roughly 4–10, and many juices sit below that. Balance an acidic base with a pinch of sodium citrate, or juice your own — and message us on WhatsApp if you want us to walk you through your first batch.
