Inside the bottle: Neutral spirit infused with kumquat and lemongrass, ginger and lemon cordial (sugar, ginger, lemon, citric acid). 500 ml at 25% ABV — five 100 ml serves.
How to serve: Pour 100 ml over ice in a highball. Top with soda. Garnish with kumquat.
Storage: Keep in the fridge at 0–4°C. Once opened, drink within 1 day.
