Description
A barrel-aged Negroni — equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth rested in a small oak barrel to soften and integrate the components. The barrel aging mellows the bitterness, adds vanilla and caramel depth, and produces a rounder, more complex Negroni than a fresh-built version. Ready to pour over a large ice cube.
