Return Policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What cocktails can you offer?

We can serve classic crowd-favorite cocktails, create beautiful signature cocktails with complex presentations, and craft unique drinks that are perfect for photography.

Can I request a custom menu?

Absolutely! We can develop a menu tailored to your preferences and event format. We consider your guests' preferences and the event's theme. We can either focus on a specific style or create a well-balanced menu with a variety of options. Let’s discuss your ideal cocktail menu!

How many cocktails can you prepare in one evening?

Our bartenders can prepare 50+ cocktails per hour, depending on complexity and the number of guests. The shorter the menu and the more bartenders, the faster we can serve drinks. A typical peak service time lasts no more than 3 hours.

Do you offer non-alcoholic cocktails?

Yes, we offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. We also have creative mocktails suitable for all ages.

How many cocktails should I plan per guest?

For weddings, corporate events, and birthdays, you’ll need more alcoholic drinks. For business receptions and exhibitions, lighter options like wine or non-alcoholic cocktails may be better. A general rule is one guest consumes about 1000ml of drinks. The more guests, the lower the average per person. For large events like concerts (10,000+ people), expect about 6000 drinks per hour.

What are your venue requirements?

We can work indoors or outdoors. Ideally, there should be access to power outlets and a storage area for ingredients.

What is the minimum order cost or guest requirement?

The minimum order cost depends on the number of guests and the event format. We determine this individually, but the general minimum order starts at $85 per hour.

How far in advance should I book your catering services?

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to allow preparation time. For larger events, earlier bookings help us ensure a smooth experience.

Do you provide services outside of Limassol?

Yes, we cater to events in different cities, but only within Cyprus. Additional travel costs may apply for locations outside Limassol.

How do you calculate pricing—per guest or per cocktail?

We work on a per-hour basis, considering the guest count, drinks ordered, and event scale. We also accommodate per-drink pricing if required.

What happens if ingredients run out during the event?

We always plan ahead, but in case ingredients run out unexpectedly, we have backup solutions. If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative to maintain service quality without inconveniencing guests.
